After Shri Krishna saves Parikshit, who is in the womb, from the Brahmastra thrown at his mother Uttara, Kunti praises Krishna. She eulogises Him and tells him that she and other devotees of Shri Krishna should be born again and again so that they can experience the glories of Shri Krishna time and again. She also qualifies who can actually see Him in his glories and take rebirth along with Him. Krsnaknows explains the truth about Kunti's words here.
