From her family’s home in the old town center—with views of a centuries-old castle—Elena shares her love of authentic Italian cooking with others.Married to her husband Curzio for 25 years, Elena is also a proud mother of two daughters, Clizia and Chiara, and dog-mom to Leo. She has always found joy in gathering people around the table, creating meals that nourish both body and soul.Her specialties are traditional Mediterranean and vegetarian dishes, made with seasonal, organic, and locally sourced ingredients. She leads Italian cooking classes, teaching everything from homemade pasta to vibrant vegetable dishes, always with curiosity, creativity, and a deep respect for tradition.Beyond the kitchen, Elena and her husband spent three decades managing seaside campsites in Sardinia, and today they’re building a new outdoor tourism project on the island. She is also an active volunteer, serving at a women’s anti-violence center in her community—supporting women with strength and compassion.For Elena, food is more than a passion—it’s a way of connecting cultures, celebrating family, and creating beauty in everyday life.
