Ep 41 - Summer Catch
from Save the Last Pod Hosted by Pink Among Men
It's a long season and we're in the thick of it. Yes, these are the dog days of Summer, and nobody knows that better than the boys of the Cape Cod Baseball League – there's no pay, they live like foreign exchange students with host families and they use wooden bats like it's the 1800's. This week on Save the Last Pod, it's the definitive Cape Cod League teen movie – Summer Catch! In this episode, Amy and Dan debate whether or not Maine is further East than Massachusetts, they reminisce fondly about summers on the Cape, and talk about potential new Summer Olympic sports. Slurp some oysters, wash em down with a Sam Summer Ale and settle in as we talk about a 2001 classic with peak Prinze and peak Biel. Are you enjoying what you are hearing?
