Ep. 413 - Superman: The Animated Series - Knight Time w/ Mathew Valencia

Liam and Cal are back in the DCAU to complete their 54th and final original review of Superman: The Animated Series just in time for the 30th anniversary of the show's debut back in 1996. Have the hosts saved the best for last? Tune in to hear their review of the memorable crossover with The New Batman Adventures in the episode "Knight Time" which explores a mysterious disappearance of Bruce Wayne, leaving poor Robin to defend Gotham City on his own until the Man of Steel finds out and decides to help. With plenty of memorable moments including Superman donning the Bat-suit and interacting with some of the Gotham Rogues, a soundtrack that incorporates the best music that the DCAU has to offer and more. Plus the voice of the Boy Wonder himself, Mathew Valencia shares his memories of getting credited as the voice of Superman and the difference between recording a Superman episode versus a Batman episode. All of this and much more await you on this exciting episode of the DCAU Review! Please Consider Supporting the Podcast:Become a monthly or one time supporter of the pod at https://buymeacoffee.com/DCAUReviewSubscribe to the pod on Spotify or Apple Podcasts and please consider leaving us a 5-star reviewSubscribe to our new YouTube Channel Support the pod by picking up some merch at our shop https://dcaureview.myspreadshop.comFollow us: Twitter/X @DCAUReview Instagram @DCAUReviewFinal Scores:Plot: Cal: 10/10 – Liam: 10/10Visuals/Animation: Cal: 8/10 – Liam: 9/10Music: Cal: 10/10 – Liam: 9/10Voice Acting: Cal: 10/10 – Liam: 10/10Bonus Point: NoneFinal Tally: Cal: 38/40 – Liam: 38/40**Top Pick
