They are an integrated farm, with animals, vegetables and produce around 20,000 bottles each year from a mixture of local and international varieties. They specialise in wines that have been aged. We get a deep dive into their approach to farming and winemaking. Christian then takes us to look at their current winery, talks production and how they treat the Rebula grape.
