Ep. 419 - Birgitta von Dresky - Lawyer in Singapore & passionate Diver

Birgitta von Dresky is a corporate/commercial lawyer based in Singapore. She is originally from Bonn, Germany, where she also studied law. Before moving to Asia, she worked in Germany as an in-house lawyer for two well-known companies in the chemical/cosmetics industry, namely, Sasol and L’Oréal. Since 2003, Birgitta has been based in Singapore, working in private practice as a lawyer for internationally operating, multidisciplinary German law firms, and since 2008 as a partner at Luther LLP. Together with her more than 90 colleagues in Singapore, she provides comprehensive advice and support to companies doing business in Singapore and the region. She is also a mentor of the German Accelerator and a board member of SwissCham in Singapore.
