Today I am talking with Ric, one of our Gold Coast investors who joined the fold mid 2022. His investment has now been realised as it was a conversion, not a new build, so came to market quite quickly. By January it was fully converted and tenanted. Ric's initial purchase, sourced through our buyers agency, was a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with granny flat, converted to a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house with granny flat. His current weekly rent at the time of publishing this podcast in June 2023, is $1740 a week.
