Ep 42: Jessamyn Stanley
from Gee Thanks, Just Bought It!
Welcome to writer and yoga instructor Jessamyn Stanley, founder of The Underbelly! Jessamyn is here to talk about fitness and our bodies and what it’s like for her to unapologetically take up space in the wellness world as a fat Black woman. I get into my own ~wellness~ journey and why SoulCycle ultimately annoyed me more than it helped me. We also talk about our mutually fav MegaBabe product, Thigh Rescue, and why as kids we both wanted glasses, braces, and crutches.
