Ep. 42. Support for the Overwhelmed Business Owner

Samantha is a lawyer on a mission to help first generation business owners become  millionaires by doing everything in her power to make sure their businesses become sustainable wealth generators. She has created a legal firm that supports these entrepreneurs and lives part-time in the United States and part-time in Brazil. Samantha has outsourced some of her tedious business tasks to a virtual assistance team who supported her business going to the next level but recently that trusty VA team suddenly went out of business. Experiencing this loss has been understandingly challenging to Samantha and, because she's got a lot on her work plate, she hasn't had the time or energy to find a new team to help her. In this coaching session I explore with Samantha how she can go about the search for the right VA support. We also discuss what she needs to do to find the right to people to support her business and where she may be able to find the right team. We tease out what important skills these team members need to have to support her legal business.
