This week, Hannah tells Katy about the mysterious Watcher who terrorized the Broaddus family in 2014 until they gave up on their $1.3 million home and fled the neighborhood. Katy gives some great advice on how to avoid said Watcher, and Hannah postulates on whether or not the Broadduses were a little whiny about the whole thing.
