Devin Hedgepeth was recently accepted into the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He spent the last five years working for ExxonMobil. Devin was a star football player at Oklahoma State with NFL possibilities as a cornerback but three achilles injuries led to a pivot to another arena he excelled in, the classroom and industrial engineering. Deviin talks about his career path and about racial injustice and growing up in the predominantly white community of Derby, Kansas, a town he still loves.
