Ep 43: A Journey of Transformation

Romans 12:2 This week, our guest Billy Morgan tells me about his journey to becoming a full time missionary. For Billy it was not a pivotal moment that lead to full time mission work in the Phillipines, but it was one step after another in obedience to God's call on his life. From a short term mission trip in college to a solo mission trip later on, Billy found God's call into full time mission work to be gradual.  Of course, as Billy and I discuss, you do not have to be a full time missionary overseas to be on mission. In fact, God has called you to full time missions in the sphere of influence given to you every day.  I hope you take away two things from this episode: 1) Be willing to pray "wherever you lead Lord..." and mean it. 2) Realize that often God takes a crawl/walk/run approach in our lives which is why praying "wherever" is not nearly as scary as it seems. We just need to take the next step of obedience to His call.
