EP.43 | "Keep The Change"

CERTIFIED. Welcome back to EPISODE 43 of The Certified Platinum Show! The crew is back to hit ya with another hilarious episode! BOBBYS HOME! Bobby Shmurda was finally released from prison after serving a 6 year sentence. As highly anticipated as this was, the gang delves into what this means for hip-hop and the culture, whether he was celebrated enough for being a “real n***a” and holding it down, as well as predictions concerning the future of his career (02:18) Lady Gaga’s dogs were unfortunately dog-napped this week. The story does not stop there: the dognapper opened fire on the dog-walker, firing 2 bullets at the dog-walker. Gaga then posted a $500K reward for the safe return of her dogs… With a story this crazy, the crew couldn’t help but crack some jokes and ponder some conspiracies… BUT OF COURSE, prayers to all (especially the dog walker) of those affected (11:40)... Kevin Durant was not havin it this week, when KashDoll claimed herself as the “Original KD”. The Certified Platinum Show consensus revealed that this was, in fact, NOT the case. The disrespect was not tolerated by him nor his homeboys, and we have to admit that we agree with Durant on this one (28:49)... AND MORE! Listen to the full episode to catch all the stories covered this week! New Music: (31:18) Certified Tracks (40:58): (KDOT) Hustle Don’t Give - Apollo Brown & Che Noir ft.
