Mary Beth "MB" Mannino is a former PR + advertising sales professional turned Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Meditation Teacher and Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. With her relatable and down-to-earth nature, MB's mission is make health, wellness and mindfulness accessible to everyone so that you can feel comfortable and confident advocating for your own wellbeing.

Whether she's leading and guiding others through powerful self-healing modalities or sharing her insights on the latest in health and wellness, MB leaves you feeling lighter, brighter and reconnected.

She lives in Metro Detroit with her husband, Steve, their Corgi Cooper and their soon-to-be first child, arriving in January 2021.
