Ep. 43: Meaningful Connections: Authenticity

Welcome back! Now that we've wrapped up with Leah's presentation on unity, she's moving on to talk about meaningful connections. She touched on the topic in episode 38, and now she's revisiting it to talk about authenticity, which is one of the required aspects of meaningful connections. She explains what authenticity is and can look like and continues with the importance of it for meaningful connections. One thing that often gets in the way of living authentically and of meaningful connections is masking which Leah further explains what that looks like and how it can negatively affect our relationships and lives and cause unneeded stress. Since some of Leah's kids are participating in musical theatre and have performances this month, she shares some examples of living authentically and masking from the shows.
