In todays episode Tavis and I first check in to update each other on the happening in our real estate lives and then we take a quick look at the DFW market through the lens of our MLS and what it says about whats trending.    Then we dive in to the news of the day including a few articles that rank Texas against the other states in terms of how expensive insurance  has become and overall tax rates.
