Jack played college baseball at Bard College where he was a four-year starter and a three-year captain. He went on to be an assistant coach for two years at Bard College after graduation, before coaching at Post University in 2020, Vassar College in 2021, Harvard University in 2022, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 2023-2025, and the College of the Holy Cross from 2026 to the present day.
