Today’s show is another reminder that where you start out is not necessarily where will you land and if you are willing to do the work and NEVER give up, anything is possible. Nurses have intimate relationships with patients and are poised to bring innovation to patients as only nurses know what the issues are and nurses are great at coming up with those solutions. In any dream you have the most opportunities to quit. You can’t quit because the vision is your yours. When you cultivate that vision you uncover your greatness. It is very dangerous to seek validation from outside sources. When you own a business, there are some things you have to give up in order to uphold your vision.
