(i.e. Are you confident at playing basketball? At tying your shoe? How confident of a cook are you?) vs. having confidence in yourself! As a leader, it's not about "being the expert" at everything. That's why you have a team, a group, a collective so everyone can shine. No, a true leader isn't the "expert" in everything, but a true leader has faith and trust in themselves.
