Welcome to The Daily Grind Podcast, everybody. I'm your host, Colin Morgan. Listen, are you tired not living a fulfilling life? Do you believe you deserve more?

Do you want more? Is it finally your time? If yes, then stick around. I welcome you to The Daily Grind.

Hey, everybody. Happy Wednesday and welcome back to another episode here on The Daily Grind. Today is a slightly different episode than what you are used to. I wanted to jump on here today because, you know, as you've been noticing, I have been testing and tweaking different times to release the podcast, also different formats of the show, the intro music, anything from guests to what we do on Fridays.

So I wanted to jump on here with you all to, first of all, get your feedback as to what is happening. You know, if you guys really want the five interviews a week from other guests, let me know if you like these kinds of solo episodes. Let me know. I do this podcast to be able to provide you as much information, inspiration, and also insight as I possibly can.

And if you feel like you are learning better through interviews or you are learning better through solo episodes, let me know because I want to tweak that. Also, you've probably noticed that I have been releasing the episodes later in the day. I got this advice from some, one of my mentors, sorry, he let me know that, you know, most people kind of listen to podcasts later in the day and the people who listen to the morning can check out the next day. So I wanted to get your, your feedback on that.

Do you prefer waking up every morning to a brand new episode or do you prefer getting the episodes released as they have been recently in the afternoon? These things are all imperative to the success of the podcast. Everyone, I do this for you guys. I really try my best in order to bring new listeners in.

Uh, but also be able to have you guys who are listening on a daily basis, provide you with the best information and best experience I possibly can. And I'd rather focus on the people who listen to the show and the people who don't yet because if you love the show, you're gonna share it with friends and that's really how the show has grown to where it is right now. So provide me your feedback. Follow me on Instagram at colinmorgan.dgp.

Add me on LinkedIn. Send me an email. Go through my website, dailygrandpodcast.com. I would love to know your feedback on what's happening and also what you want to see with the show.

If you have someone or a guest or something, a format or a question that you want answered, let me know. Again, this is all for you guys and I really hope that I'm able to benefit and provide you with as much information as possible. Also, you've probably heard of the inner circle group that I've been doing for the last few months or the habitual society. This has been a paid group.

It's been absolutely amazing. Um, but I'm looking to make a bigger, bigger impact. I want every single person who listens to this podcast and who follows along to be a part of this group. And so therefore I have scrapped the paid model and I want you all to join the habitual society for free.

Now what this is, if you don't already know what it is, it's a private group and we're gonna do things slightly different than what we have been doing. There's going to be monthly training. You're going to get access to daily grind guests for free coaching calls. 75% of the guests I've had on recently have been generous enough to offer their time to inner circle group members.

And I want you all to have access to this, not just limited to the paid people, but limit to everyone. I want you all to be a part of this community and I feel like the best way I can serve you is you all have an opportunity here in order to speak to these guests because a lot of you have ideas, a lot of you want to break away from the nine to five and maybe one phone call can absolutely change things for you, open things up and give you the motivation or just the information you need in order to take that first or next step. So anyone who wants to be a part of the habitual society, we're gonna have a private group. This is monthly training.

Again, access to daily grind guests for free coaching calls, monthly contests, an ability to collaborate with other group members in order to hold you guys accountable. You guys can speak on a weekly basis. All you have to do is go to daily grind podcast.com forward slash call C A L L daily grind podcast.com forward slash call. You're gonna see a booking link there.

It's just a 15 minute onboarding call. I want to ensure that you know exactly what goes on with the group. Uh, what I expect because you know, although it's free, I really, really need you all to participate. And if you don't participate, you're not gonna be a part of the group.

And I'm sure you understand that. I want to make this a really, really amazing experience for everyone. So if you want to be a part of this group for free, go to daily grind podcast.com forward slash call. You know, we're moving away our last month here of 2019 into 2020.

Um, most of us and most people listening, this is a time to wind down, right? We all think of December 1st. We think of Christmas, but you know what? Sometimes you need those little reminders.

I listened to Ed Mylett and he had mentioned that, you know, remember it's a holiday, not a whole month. This is a day guys. You have a whole month in December right now and you have a huge opportunity in front of you. This is what is going to separate you from everyone else because guess what?

Everyone else has that holla month mentality. They're already checked out right now. They're doing their shopping. Work's not a priority.

Their business is not a priority. They're not working as hard as they normally do. And you have this opening right now, this window starting right now until Christmas day where you can get ahead of your competition. You can make more money.

You can reach out to potential clients. You can start that side hustle or start that business. You can build that website, whatever you want to do. Now is the chance because if you do it right now, you are putting yourself ahead because right now, guess what?

It's difficult to do. But guess what? As an entrepreneur, every month and every day is difficult regardless of how much money you make or the impact you're having. No matter who you are, there are always challenges.

And if you can start off in December of 2019 and kickstart things the right way when everyone else is sleeping, when everyone else is on holiday month, you realize that it is just a holiday and you're going to crush the end of 2019. Because I promise you that if you do that, 2020 is going to start off amazing for you. You are going to be able to set big goals and reach those goals consistently on a consistent basis because you're building the foundation right now. I think too many of us and me included, you know, we, we think that, you know, let's start on Monday.

Say today, I'll start next week. And that mentality is just not right because we all know that we just don't do it. When we start right now, today, we make that decision and say, you know what? I'm not going to start on Monday.

I'm gonna start right now. You make that decision for yourself. You start 2020 off on the right foot by setting yourself up this month when everyone else is asleep, when everyone else isn't pushing, you push, push, push, push. Because I promise you this kind of month is what really, really can accelerate you.

Last year, 2018 at this time, I had to push. I was going to make a decision to go off completely 100% on my own. And you know, it's a scary feeling, but when you do things and you push and you work hard when everyone else is partying, when everyone else is shopping, when everyone else is thinking of Christmas, you are thinking of right now, how do I set myself up for the future and how do I start today? You do that.

I promise you, you're gonna get started off next year on an amazing foot. You're going to enjoy your Christmas. You're gonna have a wonderful time with your family and friends. And that's what it's all about.

So to end off here on this podcast, as you know, guys, this is slightly different, but just wanted to do a little update and give you guys some insight. Hope you join the habitual society for free.
