She started her own clinic, with no idea how to run it, only to figure it out in the 2nd year of running the business. Setting up your intentions: What do you intend to feel for the day? Having fun? Make great connections? Having a lot of energy? Terri believes that to have a conversation, one must listen and not bring opinions when working with others She shares her experience with a client asking for her consultations, it took two full meetings for them to realize that they needed to let the CEO and Director of Operations speak without interruption.
