Ep. 46 The War for Talent Continues

Liza Voticky is a former talent executive who has worked for companies such as Royal Caribbean and Coca-Cola, but these days, she's turning her attention to solving a pressing technology need in the talent acquisition space.  "I've seen companies that are trying to sell a human capital management platform come to places I've worked with their solution that didn't even have a recruiting function within the platform," Voticky said. "And then when you ask for one, they kind of just say 'well we'll build one for you.' The experience that was built out of that approach didn't work." On this edition of the HR Exchange podcast, editor David Rice sits down with Voticky to chat about some of the pressing issues in talent, and what issues she's trying to solve in 2021.
