Ever wonder why so many people’s New Year's resolutions flop by March? In this episode, we’ll talk about why people often struggle to follow through with their goals. There’s a BIG reason for this, and It’s not because they’re lazy, or not smart, or not disciplined. In this episode, we’ll chat about how you can take all the action you want, but if your being isn’t aligned with your conscious  goals, it’s almost impossible to achieve them.
