Fear of rejection, what others think, failure, and not being good enough.The older I get and the more I discover my inner reality I realize how these fears are programs in my consciousness are mostly not mine and the ones that are come from my childhood. They are not real but they are perception dragons we all must slay in order to claim our freedom.Today's guest is Joe O'Connor who's coaching program is all about Fearless Living. He is helping people all over the world to overcome their limiting beliefs and fears they've held onto through balancing the mind, body and spirit.Joe's commitment to being the best he can be for himself and his family is very inspiring to me and he amazes me with how much he's able to accomplish despite having a young daughter and family obligations.
