Every woman I’ve ever talked to about Menopause all have said the same thing, no my mother never talked about it, I have no idea what to expect. I was clueless when I had mine. Also our OB’s have no idea what to tell us either. Mine told me to watch my diet. Watch it? I’m obsessed with it, but it hasn’t helped me with my transition through menopause.
