Our Leadership influences and impacts others...That influence and impact ripples out through those other people and in turn then influences and impacts those people around them, and then those people impact and influence those around them.Just like throwing a stone into a very still pond of water... our Leadership impact does not just send out 1 ripple, it sends out many and they in turn cause further ripples. This episode of the RAW Leadership Podcast has been sitting and brewing within me for a long period of time, and I have often started to record it, and then stopped.
