Ep.47: Voodoo Apocalypse (2018)

A parody/homage to grindhouse films of the 70s, Voodoo Apocalypse features everything you need! A cop seeking revenge for his partner's death! Kung Fu! Voodoo! Lucha Libre! The Mafia! A rock song that turns people into zombies! And did we mention the whole thing was shot in Spain? But don't worry, it's all in English... except for the Kung Fu master, and the part set in Mexico... and the Italian-American family of one of the cops. So it's 80% in English but 100% in insanity. Another Dollar Bin Movie Find, but was it worth the money? Join Wyndham Jennings for another dive to the bottom of film culture for a forgotten film as he tries to answer the Most Important Question of All: Was it Entertaining? Be sure to check out all the other films mentioned in this episode as well: Sugar Hill(1974), Casa de Mi Padre(2012), Sukiyaki Western Django(2007), Black Dynamite(2009), and Paint Your Wagon(1969)
