Many people say their clinical nurse specialist has helped them much more in dealing with menopausal symptoms than their doctors ever did. Sadly, many more say they were pushed back when they went and asked for help. Andrea Ward is a team leader for the breast care nurse team at York and Scarborough NHS Trust.
