In this episode we discuss our experiences as black women in the work place. We touch on microaggressions and some of the difficulties we've face working as young, Black, working class women. We explain the challenge of having to navigate white fragility at work and how liberal attitudes to race and gender that we come up against in our sectors can sometimes feel more problematic than overt expressions of racism.
