Thanks for tuning in to the Real Women Chronicles podcast. I am your international certified life coach, T. Audrey Taylor. The sole purpose of this podcast is to get you from where you are now to where you want to be.

Yes, it's time to break chains and to get unstuck. Thanks again for joining in. Let's begin. Hello, hello, hello.

Thank you guys for joining me yet again, another Wednesday if you're tuning in on a Wednesday, if not, it's all right. Wednesdays are the days that I actually post these podcasts. So every day you're listening to this podcast, thank you for joining in. My name is T.

Audrey Taylor. I am your certified life and relationship coach. If you don't know already now, you know, now let me start off by saying thank you, thank you, thank you to every last person that has taken the time out to reach out to me lately. I have received the influx of emails and DMs and just messages from different people just saying how these podcasts are motivating them.

And I am so humbled by the fact that God is using me more than anything. I literally feel myself filled with so many emotions when I just know that these podcasts are helping people. That is why I do it, y'all. That is why I became a life coach.

It's just purpose and passion and everything that I post. And of course, God's guidance and leadership and the Holy Spirit and all that good stuff. So I'm going to start this off by just saying thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to tune in and hear me rant and hopefully it will change your life listening to these podcasts. Hey, if in fact you find that these podcasts are very, very helpful for you, please take time out, go to my iTunes podcast page, leave me some type of rating.

Please, I'm trying to get my ratings up. I give so many emails, so many messages, but it's not really reflecting as much as I would like on my iTunes and the platforms that I'm posting on. So I definitely want people to see that. You guys know in this day and age a lot of people will choose certain podcasts for ratings and it's very important that I get these messages out to every single body who needs it.

So that being said, let's go ahead and jump into this week's topic. Once again, God being the God he is a few days ago brought up this statement and this very statement is going to be the topic of my podcast and it's basically saying that your next chapter can be your best chapter. See, many times we get caught up assessing over what was, what could have been, what didn't happen, whether it's a lost job, lost opportunity, a relationship that didn't work out, sometimes really in life, we will start to obsess over what ifs and maybes. Maybe if the relationship had worked out, maybe I should have tried something different, maybe I shouldn't have made this decision, maybe if I made a different choice that life would be different.

But see, here's the key. Once we get stuck in this toxic cycle of living in the past, we stop moving forward and we stop anticipating better. See, although we are physically moving forward, mentally our minds are rereading old chapters, just constantly reading chapters that we already know the ending of, chapters that can't be rewritten, they can't be relived yet and still we're replaying these old chapters. See, a lot of these chapters left scars in our lives, a lot of these chapters left disappointments.

And so some chapters are so rough that it causes us to stop looking forward to better chapters. Some chapters in our lives break us down mentally and physically in ways that you couldn't even imagine. And we stop believing that the next chapter can be one of the best chapters of our lives. And see, the thing is whenever we stop focusing on the future and we stop focusing on the things that we want to manifest, it just doesn't happen.

And it doesn't happen just because some may say life is just hard and only bad things come your way and relationships never work out. And I hear so much about people dictating their future off of what happened in their past. And whenever we do that, we go into our future expecting negative things to happen. We subconsciously manifest negative outcomes in relationships, in the workplace, in the business because we're already expecting it.

And whenever we're expecting, we're going to receive. I tell you guys that all the time, I'm really, really big on manifestation. And you know, if you allow one chapter to force you to believe that nothing else good could be coming out of this book we call life, then nothing else good is going to come out of it. We've all had times in our life that we wish we could relive a certain circumstance.

But unfortunately, we can't. And see, since we can't relive that circumstance, if we can't cut it together the way we would have liked it to be together, we have to learn to find fulfillment and find the joy and excitement that comes with looking towards the future. Of course, we have no clue what's going to happen in the future because it hasn't been lived yet. But we can rest in the fact that God said life and death is in the power of the tongue.

We can rest in knowing that if only you fix your minds set to actually believe in the unknown, even the things that you have yet seen, that you have yet to experience. If only you could set your minds set to believe big things will come, great things will come, things that are bigger and better than before. So you have to understand that sometimes we have to let go of the past because something beautiful is trying to grow in its place. Right now, somebody out there listening to the sound of my voice has had a tough chapter.

They've had a season that has really taken its toll. And you are the person that this podcast is for. Something beautiful is trying to grow. Something beautiful is trying to come in.

A lot of times we look at crazy storms that happen in our lives and we believe that it's somehow we're cursed and somehow nothing good ever happens, everything that we want doesn't work out. We look at these storms and these storms cause us to lose our faith, but it's all about how you view a difficult situation. I tell this to many of my clients that I coach, not all storms come to disrupt your life. Some come to disrupt what's going on in order to clear the path.

Some storms come to disrupt things that need to be disrupted, okay, in order to clear the path again for something that's bigger and better than ever before. So I end this podcast by saying yet again, your past can be a mess, but your future can still be amazing. Don't you forget that. So I pray that this podcast has really, really helped you out with whatever it is that you're going to through right now.

I know that this podcast was for a certain person out there and I pray that you got the message. As always, let's close out and pray and then I will leave my contact information for all those who may dare to reach out to me. Please do. I always respond.

So reach out, whatever you may be in need of, reach out to me. I do offer coaching and all of that good stuff and I'll give you the email at the end of this prayer. Father God, we just come to you thanking you for blessing us with yet again another week. Thank you for the message that you've bestowed upon me to motivate your people, Father God.

Thank you for allowing us to go through chapters that came to change us, chapters that came to make us better. And Father, for all those out there that are losing faith and love, that are losing faith and your ability to make things over, your ability to recreate minds, that's your ability to create blessings out of nothing for all those who are struggling with believing. I pray for them right now in the name of Jesus and I pray that you show up and you show out in their lives, Father God. We give you all the praise, all the glory and the name of Jesus Christ.

We pray. Amen. Listen, if you want to reach out to me, my email address is tntgroveproject at gmail.com. Again, that's the letters tntgroveproject at gmail.com.
