Gabe stated that as a real estate investor, he needs to make sure he’s solid in three areas that he’s constantly looking for blind spots. Gabe also needs to make sure he has the right knowledge that he knows what he’s doing. Even Gabe has the right network. We have a constant inflow of opportunities or leads,or houses that we can look at.
