The Real Ex's have been constantly whining for the last year about their hot flashes, foggy brain, weight gain, night sweats, irritability, concentration, let's call it what it is... Perimenopause! The ladies visited Dr. Roberta Huang, M.D., at her beautiful Portland location in the Pearl District (www.lumeramedical.com). She has been in OB/GYN for 23 years. The hour-long discussion focused on hormone treatments, the Women's Health Initiative study, supplements, progesterone and testosterone's roles in overall well-being, and much more.
