He has been preserving Osteopathic history and promoting its philosophy as the director of the Museum of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO since 2001. He is an international speaker on the topic of osteopathic history. Not only does he preserve the history of osteopathic medicine, he has helped make documentaries, one winning a Historical Emmy award in 2017: called “The Feminine Touch”. He has also authored the book “Andrew Taylor Still – Father of Osteopathic Medicine”. Jason has received over half a million dollars in grant funding and the Museum of Osteopathic Medicine has been recognized as an American Osteopathic Association (AOA) Shining STAR organization for its work promoting the profession worldwide.
