As I have gotten older I have been trying my best to identify my fears and what it is I am truly afraid of. Am I actually afraid of the thing itself, or some deeper item allusive due to my lack of acknowledgement? Am I afraid of my pride being hurt? Am I afraid to challenge my values? Am I afraid to prioritize myself? Am I afraid of being wrong? Am I afraid to be honest about what I want instead of what others want? Am I afraid I might like it? Am I afraid of how others might perceive me? Am I afraid of embarrassment? Am I afraid of leaving comfort? Am I afraid it won't work out?
