Ep. 49: How women can win in business

We live in a patriarchal society, and the entreprenurial ecosystem is no exception.    It is a culture driven by men…   … a culture of winning and fast, exponential growth.   While I’m comfortable in this environment, I think it comes at a price.    In business, there are two worlds. Two philosophies about how it all should be done. At times the ideas feel quite polarizing.   As a woman in business, what does it take to win? Playing by the male rules, not complaining, have a -get it done- attitude?
