Send us Fan MailAfter 18 years as International Community Health Services president and CEO, Teresita Batayola says she plans to retire from the post in December of this year. ICHS is Washington state’s largest Asian and Pacific Islander non-profit organization providing primary health care services. Batayola has been at the helm of ICHS as it has grown to provide health services to a wide range of immigrants and refugees who speak seventy different languages. Batayola joins us to talk about the growth and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The ICHS clinic in Bellevue treated the first case of Covid-19 in the country.
