Gabe started with updates regarding the show, that there would only be weekly episodes. Gabe, Mark and Jerry talked about the sales training event of the year and always look at making excuses or you can make money, but you can't make both. Gabe went about having so many tools in a tool belt, telling the audience where we can help anybody in any situation. May it be from sub two to seller financing to all types of stuff that they really work on. Mark does a lot of lease option stuff that he's like a pro at. So there's these different areas we don't really look at in a place or traditionally you're not getting into this business. Gabe has all the knowledge to just make all these different types of these options for a seller.
