Ep#5--Fork in the Road #1: Valley of the Giants--The Cardon

In a previous episode, the author of "Death in the Baja," Marnie J. Ross felt that the Valley of the Giants and the Cardon cactus were deserving of much more of our attention.  Tricia and I confess to only having a very superficial/"yes, we've been there" knowledge of the forest.  Therefore, our curiosity was piqued and we set about to do a little more reading.  In this first mini-episode of Fork in the Road, we share a few things which struck us as interesting.
