Keeping it short and sweet, ideally around 30 seconds or less, is key to keeping your listeners engaged. You don't want to lose their interest before you even get to the main content!Including a call to action in your intro can be beneficial, but be sure to keep it minimal and easy to follow. Whether it's asking your listeners to subscribe or simply encouraging them to stick around for the upcoming content, make it quick and simple.Introducing yourself as the host and reminding your listeners which podcast they're tuning into is also important, as not everyone will start from episode one. This will help make it easier for new listeners to connect with you and your podcast.Consider switching up your intro from time to time to keep things fresh and exciting.
