Season 1: Episode 5 - ZIBUSE'S UNLEARNING JOURNEY Often when we use the word 'HATE' to describe a person or group of people, it stems from not understanding their choices and perspective. So the uncertainty and fear,  Give rise to the secondary emotions of hatred or dislike. The tragic part is that this 'dislike' can quickly turn into prejudice and cause harm to other human beings. Here's the point -  It's HUMAN to be cautious of the 'other',  but there's value in making others feel seen & heard ♥️ It's not easy, but together - we can take those first few steps.   This week's episode of The UnLearners Show may trigger certain emotions but is intended to challenge the exclusion of 'the other' & help us learn to see everyone as human, as worthy of love and valuable.    The beauty of unlearning is that it stimulates our ability to be aware of our prejudice and then openly confront it for what it is - an opportunity to change and grow!   In the episode, Zibuse shares how society can encourage us to shame, judge and discriminate against others through sources like the media.
