Ep 5: Payment Posting, Claims and Statements

from For The Love of Revenue Cycle · host Vanessa Moldovan

Hello friends and welcome to episode 5 of For the Love of Revenue Cycle.   I am so excited to be back here again with you and welcome to our new listeners.   Today is part 4 of our 7-part series called Nuts and Bolts and we'll be talking about claims, payment posting and statements.  This is the last episode before we jump into AR follow-up and denial management.  For those of you who may just be joining us, we have been walking through the steps of the physician revenue cycle (more details are in episode 1). The content is focused on how we can streamline processes for better efficiency and to reduce denials. Ultimately, we're trying to figure out best practices that will bring in the revenue.  I like to make this clarification at the beginning, so everyone understands that this is not a tutorial on how to do each function.  Is everyone settled in?  Let's jump in!
