In 2020, he won the William V. Campbell Trophy, an award that recognizes the player who best exemplifies success in academics, football performance, and community leadership. Before Memphis, he was a quarterback at Arizona State University. A four-star recruit with 40+ offers out of high school, Brady was an Army All-American selection and a member of the Elite 11 class of 2014. In January of 2024, Brady returned to Arizona State as a member of the Sun Devils football coaching staff.
