Ep. 5: Track and Field Success with Ida and Nava

In this episode, we hear from sophomore Ida Moczerniuk and senior Nava Chevan about their success this indoor season at the Patriot League Indoor Championships. Ida finished the meet with a first-place finish in the 60-meter dash and a second-place spot in the 200 meters race. Nava scored a second-place finish in the 800 meters  and helped the 4X400 meter team place seventh. Both of them discuss the importance of a competitive and supportive team culture to prepare them for the big meets. They also share their own memories of freshman year and their own evolution into leadership positions.
