You don't have to be as self motivated - BYOB is about motivating and challenging yourself, which in a sense represents a certain level of freedom. 3 things to take away 1. Stop letting people boss you around (take control and live a life of purpose) 2. Work as unto the Lord (as a believer we should be focusing on honoring the Lord with our work. This takes the focus off of money and/ or opportunity and helps with #1 (purpose) 3. Don't quit your day job (until you're ready) : It reminds me of the NBA trend in the 90's of going to the league straight out of high school. Superstars like Kobe Bryant and Kevin Garnett are the rare success stories. For most players they needed college to develop their skillset. For many entrepreneurs a day job is like college and it helps develop skillsets.
