In this episode Gary Mansfield talks to Elizabeth Waggett (@waggs_)   Working as an art teacher in the UAE Elizabeth decided to make a dramatic change to her life and move to the USA in the hope of becoming a full-time artist.  With nothing more than a one-way ticket and a bag full of dreams, Elizabeth headed off to New York.
