This is the third installment of the Loss of Friends book in the Panchatantra. In this story the Jackal finds out that not all things that make noise are powerful. At the same time Victor finds out that the awful animal making all of the noise is just a Bull. He decides to play the Bull off of Rusty the Lion King and take advantage of the situation.
