I have been deepening into surrendering lately. I am surrendering by connecting my physical body to the earth. Last week my higher self gave me this message: “Release all that you have no control over.  The people, the circumstances, and the events. Surrender it all and set yourself free.” I have been sitting on the floor more and having a strong desire to lie on the red earth. It’s a physical kind of surrendering. When I sit or lay down on the floor, I feel the heaviness, the worry, and the anxiety seep out of my body into the earth. Mama earth then wraps me in her warm embrace whispering to me “I got you.” It is a great place to be. What do you need to set yourself free from? It is time.
