Episode 50 of the Be More Today Show features KIPP Foundation Chief Schools Officer and Inman Page Black Alumni Council (IPC) President for Brown University Eldridge Gilbert.  Eldridge Gilbert graduated from Brown University in 2005 with bachelor's degrees in Africana Studies and Psychology. Following Brown, El joined Teach For America and worked in Houston for 11 years. During that time he earned his MBA from the Jones School of Business at Rice University.  While in Houston, El worked for YES Prep Public Schools and was the founding School Director (principal) of YES Prep North Forest, a 6th -12th grade campus of 850 students, for 6 years.  After leaving Houston, El worked as the Managing Director of Schools for KIPP Bay Area Public Schools.
