Full transcription available at http://heartsofgoldpodcast.com/ Therese is a 2020 National Gold Award Girl Scout. Her project was the creation of the world's first campus sexual assault database. More about Therese: Therese Malinowski has been a Girl Scout since kindergarten, and has served in two troops and later as a Juliette. Her thirteen years in scouts were largely spent exploring the outdoors and participating in community service. In early high school, her troop earned their Silver Award for the construction of a local Little Free Library, and Therese later went on as a Juliette to earn her Gold Award for the creation of the world's first campus sexual assault database. Being a Girl Scout supported her passion for STEAM topics, strengthened her leadership abilities, and gave her the outlook that life is ultimately one fantastic adventure.
