Until we are grateful for the gifts in our lives we really can not live a life of abundance. Abundance is not about worldly possessions either. The type of abundance we are working towards in this challenge is for our mind, our body, and our spirit. Pure love. Not only should we be grateful for all the wonderful things we do have, we should also be grateful for the challenges as well as what hasn't even arrived yet. These challenges are actually lessons for us to learn from. They help us become stronger and more compassionate towards others. They help us understand more about ourselves which allows us to understand what others may experience. How close of a bond do you immediately feel with a complete stranger, when you find they have experienced the same situation as you? You're like immediately BFF's, (best friends forever) right? You are understanding of their situation and can feel empathy towards them. That's your heightened energy vibration! It allows you to be more understanding of another soul. Gratitude attracts positive energy and will strengthen your energy field. You were brought to this challenge for a reason. This exercise is here for you, for a reason. Your divine higher power sees that you are ready for that next step in your journey and has brought you here. It's no coincidence. It was meant to be. Beginning to understand that you have countless blessings in your life is a powerful way of raising that vibration. We take so many 'things' in our life for granted. It's important every day to stop and appreciate all the universe has given us! Eventually, you will become so conditioned to truly feel and express your gratitude. You will automatically give thanks throughout the day. I can not even begin to count how many times in one day I say out loud to myself or others “I am so blessed.” But you can't just say it.
